Robert Sollak operates at group level in the Erste Bank. He completed a comprehensive in-house trainer course at the bank and has done over 1,000 seminar and coaching days in sales and communication. Before moving to head office as specialist trainer in sales he served as branch manager for more than ten years.
He graduated with a master in systemic coaching at the ESBA (European Systemic Business Academy) in 2010. In his master thesis he dealt with the topic paternity leave. He is actively involved in the upbringing of both children and was also on maternity leave when the girls were born. He completed his specialised training on gender mainstreaming at the institute for organizational development Im Kontext in Vienna.
As trainer he prefers to work experience-oriented with the theme-centred interaction and systemic intervention methods. Robert Sollak is convinced of the power of storytelling and like creative, unusual approaches which have won him several awards in competitions. So came into being, in lieu of 100 years Sparkassa (savings bank) Bruck ad Leitha, the biggest handmade savings book. This was also entered into the Guinness Book of World Records. He is engaged for the Zweite Bank on a voluntarily basis.
